Shade Sail Technology
The smallest components of the umbrella frame system, through careful
craftsmanship and assembly, come together in perfect harmony to achieve their
ideal form and function.
To ensure easy opening, we have incorporated special springs into the ribs.
The uniqueness of the crown part is provided by a felt insert hidden inside,
which helps preserve the structure and makes it easier to use. A special,
unique solution is the Tenax stainless steel quick-release fastener, which
simplifies assembly.

Size and Shape

attention so that you can enjoy your PSS shade sails to the fullest in the

It is important to always choose a shade sail base that is appropriately sized
for the specific size and shape of the shade sail.
As a general rule, it is advisable to select a base with a larger weight and
surface area for square shade sails than for round ones, as the latter tend to
be more stable due to their shape.
It is also important to note that when choosing the base, not only the weight
but also the surface area of the base should be considered, as this similarly
affects the usability of the shade sail.
Before purchasing, consider how often stronger winds might occur in the area
where the shade sail will be used. If you know that the shade sails will be
placed in a consistently windy location, it is definitely advisable to choose a
larger base for the shade sail.
We always make sure to recommend the appropriately sized base for each shade
sail based on its size and shape.

Colour
This is where our visitors can truly feel at home, as our selection includes
almost every colour that fits your environment, mood, age, and creativity.
The shade sail covers are made from ACRILGIARDINO® fabric, known for its
maximum durability and long-lasting quality. The fabric's colour and
lightfastness are rated 7+ on the European scale (from 1 to 8), and its UV
resistance is far superior to other fabrics.
In addition to basic colours, our shade sails are also available in striped
patterns with various colour combinations, or in trendy shades that are
frequently seen in modern architecture, such as silver grey and anthracite. Pink
or lime-coloured shade sails can bring a cheerful touch or fit well into a
youthful, lively environment. For those looking for an eternally stylish and
elegant shade sail, we recommend colours like ecru, off-white, or even black.
Placement
Although this might seem like a simple matter, experience shows it is not
always the case. The basic fact is that the sun in Hungary rarely shines
directly overhead. Therefore, we don't recommend placing shade sails, for
example, in the centre of tables. Due to this, the shadow cast by such
positioned shade sails will likely fall outside the seating area, which may
cause frustration later on.
It's worth spending more time ensuring you know where the sun shines most at
the location where you want to place your shade sail. Of course, it's easy to
relocate the shade sails throughout the day according to the sun's position if
you choose the right base for them.
