The Ordering Process

From Initial Contact to the Finished Sun Sail

Every PSS sun sail is custom-made to precise measurements and tailored to individual needs. The production process begins with a technical consultation, during which our expert assesses the customer's requirements and the characteristics of the area to be shaded.

PSS sun sails provide optimal solutions even in areas where traditional shading systems fail. In addition to maximum safety, durability, and ease of use, our company places great emphasis on designing stylish forms that meet unique customer preferences.

The result of this meticulous work is a safe, well-functioning, and custom-designed sun sail system—one that embodies both style and timeless elegance.

1. Free Consultation

As a first step, we offer a free technical consultation with a PSS expert via phone and/or email, with no further obligations.

Based on sketches, blueprints, photos of the location, and the customer's requirements, we create a unique, technically feasible design that adapts to the local conditions.

Following this, we prepare a preliminary price quote and send it to you along with the design plan. With this information, you can decide whether to proceed with ordering an on-site assessment.

2. On-Site Assessment and Final Quote

Once the customer approves the initial design, a thorough on-site assessment is conducted by a PSS expert. After evaluating the site conditions and taking precise measurements, we perform the necessary calculations (e.g., wind load, tension requirements, etc.).

Based on this analysis, we create the final design, ensuring that your custom PSS sun sail system is perfectly tailored to your needs. We then send you the final price quote, which includes all possible installation methods as well as delivery costs.

At the time of the on-site assessment, we require a survey and design fee, which ranges between 100 – 200 GBP depending on the location. This amount will be deducted from the total cost if you proceed with the order.

3. Order and Installation

Once you place your order and pay 50% of the final price, calculated based on the approved design, we will manufacture your custom PSS sun sail system. Upon request, we also provide delivery and installation services.
